Your number one concern when hiring a listing agent is results. Fancy marketing techniques and gadgets are nice and can be helpful– but your top priority is getting to the closing table. While I do employ current marketing techniques, the most powerful statement I can make to you is “I sell the vast majority of homes that I list.”

I would always rather sell most of my listings than to take a large number of listings and sell a small percentage. I grow my business by creating raving fans– not by picking up buyer prospects through listings that don’t sell. If you are serious about selling your home, I’m ready to go to work for you.

Of course, you do want outstanding marketing. I give you that through professional photography and virtual tours. And you want it widely broadcast on the internet, and I feed my listings to a myriad of high-traffic websites. But the one thing that will get you to closing in better shape than anything else is proper pricing. I know my market, and I know proper pricing. Although painful at times, you must have the proper price on your home if it is going to get shown and if it is going to sell.

One service of a listing agent that is often overlooked is the contract-to-close period. So you have a contract– and that’s a good place to start. But it’s a long way away from the closing table. I can help you get through inspections and repairs, and I have a long list of service providers to help get you through the labyrinth of the inspection/repair period. I also help get you through the tricky world of appraisals.

It’s harder than ever to get to the closing table, and to do so with your bottom line intact. I can’t guarantee to remedy every problem, but I am a professional committed to guarding your equity and getting you to closing as quickly as possible.
